The Best Buffet worked for many years in restaurants in New York. They purchased the large building which was once a dance club & bar and turned it into the beautiful restaurant known as Best Buffet. The Best Buffet travels world to explore and bring back the finest and rarest dishes. “We want our customers to taste and experience the Orient when they come to Best Buffet. Many of our dishes are for the health conscious customer. We have an enormous variety and have something for everybody!”
So much more than the typical Chinese buffet, this unique restaurant offers your fill of more than 200 dishes daily, ranging from Chinese to American to Japanese Sushi. Select from dozens of hot items on the all-you-can-eat buffet, or help to create your own dish and watch as it is prepared before your eyes on a Hibachi or BBQ grill or sushi bar! Round out your meal with the buffet's selection of fresh fruit, salads, cakes and desserts. Don't hesitate to bring younger diners; they will be happy to find children's items at the buffet.
The attention to customer service and food quality soon made the Best Buffet so popular that there were long line-ups. We have customers traveling from the Queens, Staten Island and Brooklyn to our Huntington Station, Long Island location.
Best Buffet has been honored numerous times since first opening. We have received the AOL City Guide for being one of the Best Chinese restaurant and buffet on Long Island.

「王朝自助餐廳」在紐約經營多年，堪稱美東同類型餐飲業之鼻祖，並帶領大紐約區自助式飲食的風潮。其面積廣達一萬平方呎，最早期為 一舞廳兼酒吧，「王朝」業主購置後，將其整頓變身為一個出名且成功的餐廳。
「王朝」每天提供二百多道新鮮美味菜餚，無論華人或老外都給了極高的評價。除有中式口味外，還有日式、韓式、泰式、義大利及馬來西亞等多種風味之佳餚，冷盤熱盤應有盡有。
其中日式壽司吧除了提供常見的壽司和生魚片外，更可依客人要求，現點現做喜愛的口感手捲壽司；而周末提供的現剝活鮮生蠔，淋上酢料醬汁，讓顧客吮指回味百吃不厭；至於各式肉品、海鮮、青蔬食材的日式燒烤、鐵板燒，品種繁多，讓老饕們大呼驚喜。
由西裔師傅掌杓的西式燒烤，有香氣四溢的牛扒、羊扒及豬雞鴨等肉品現場烹烤，並可依喜愛的程度做燒烤；粉嫩的內肉由專人服務，入口時香濃多汁，食畢口齒留 香，別具風味。西餐區分為義大利、法式及美式區，而時令海鮮有桂花蚌、炒蟹、炒海瓜子、鮑魚、石螺、蒸生蠔等。正宗北京鴨以知名的長島鴨為主要食材，皮脆 肉嫩鮮滑多汁。中餐由香港大廚主理，正宗粵菜、生猛海鮮、撚手小菜、港式點心、甜品一應俱全。無論大人小孩 都能大快朵頤，絕對能滿足來自不同區域、不同國家的老饕們的口腹之慾!
